A Chip and a Question

This is Chip. He’s been hanging with me today on the beach. Nice fella.

While not a new topic of conversation, this article from Forbes got us thinking yet again: Should we be taking the budget and time off planned for visiting all 50 states and all of the National Parks, and just move internationally for awhile?

My quick dumb math tells me we could live for about 3 years in any of the places listed for the same amount as 18 months on the road in @LadyLolaMae.

No doubt, the parks are calling me.

But Malaysia doesn’t look all bad, let’s be honest…

I already own a car in Costa Rica (it’s for sale if you know anyone!) and have a lot of connections there. That would be an easy out.

But, having traveled to 35+ countries already, it’s not necessarily the allure of international travel that’s appealing.

America has a lot to offer that you can’t find on the other side of the world, and we certainly haven’t seen it all.

What to do… What to do…

Thoughts? Anecdotes? Musings?

What would you do?? Share below.

See you on the journey.
