Sharing our lives… like I do on this very post you’re reading and the hundreds before it… is a magical gift.

The saboteurs inside of you will tell you you’re not enough.

That you don’t have an interesting story.

That you’re not like “them”.

And our celebrity culture…unfortunately… reinforces this.

But if you’ve lived 12 years on this earth…presumably as a human being… I guarantee you have something to share that is of immense value to someone… even if you don’t know who that person is.

Opening up and sharing your truths and your struggles…your thoughts and your dreams… may be just what someone needs to step into their own truth… to be their authentic selves…

Your experiences and your life… however “small”… if not bottled up inside of you… may set someone else’s life on a completely different trajectory…

If it’s important enough for you to be thinking about…it’s important enough to share with the world.
